Unacceptable flight problems and rude customer service

On Sunday, May 27 I boarded a trip in Akron/Canton to Atlanta subsequently to Jacksonville, FL. Our trip was to abandon at 10:12am and get to Atlanta at 11:53am. AirTran delayed the trip and guests needed to board a brand new airplane. This trip left Akron/Canton at 11:00am and we came in Atlanta at 12:23pm. This delay caused me to skip my connecting trip to Jacksonville producing a 6 1/2 time layover in Atlanta. I contacted customer support and also have never been handled so rudely. I'm a regular tourist and discovered AirTranis customer support and its own traveler therapy to become undesirable.in my own 25 years of flying (at least one time monthly), I Have never experienced such terrible support.in Akron/Canton we were informed that Atlanta was well-aware of our wait and might create rooms for all of US. The person in the trip doorway in Akron/Canton also stated they'd contain the trip for all of US. Furthermore, two trip participants stated they'd contain the trip in Atlanta. We came simply to discover that the trip to Jacksonville had left. Not just did I miss a whole evening of essential actions prepared at my ultimate location, I had been lied to by several of AirTran's team. It was my first encounter with AirTran and that I cannot support but believe it might have now been the final for me personally, my team, household and acquaintances.

I received a message reply from AirTranis customer support agent. Essentially we are sorry you had been disappointed, we achieved our responsibility, but I will provide you with $50 towards another AirTran journey within twelve months.
