2001 sportage lemon, persistant knock sensor replacement, many failures

Our 2001 Sportage has been in the shop many times for knock sensor while under warranty. Then after warranty it failed again and they charged $1400 to replace a wiring harness. I think this should have been covered since it was either due to bad design, poor workmanship or their screwup when servicing. Only the dealer had ever serviced this car.
This should be enough for lemon law, but what about them replacing the manual tranny! Now I had to have the master cylinder and both rear wheel cylinders replaced. This car is crap. I will never buy another Kia product.
