Do not honor warranty

I bought a long guarantee for 249 bucks after I purchased a garden tractor 24 months before from Tractor Offer in Hudson Ny The tractor continues to be out-of support since July and visited 2 various repair stores today they're informing the repair stores the guarantee isn't any great They've been providing me a run-around all summer and each time you contact the support point they're really polite but state they're informed by guidance to refuse the fix. No body has explained the main reason. I've a duplicate of the guarantee agreement and there's no cause they should not restore the tractor.
