Absolutely rude

I hired an automobile at Jerusalem. Needed to delay 4 hrs despite having a reservation. These men don't rush and therefore are absolutely rude. They'd a line greater than 10 people every time I'd visited their workplace.

They blocked a deposit about the charge card and following the vehicle was delivered they didn't launch it. I can't achieve them from the telephone plus they don't answer emails. This is actually the organization which doesn't worry about their status.

And by the charge they charged me they're not at all budget. Never wish to have something related to them again.
