No Delivery

I purchased a fridge on 7/18 and was informed that shipping could be on that Friday, 7/22. Used to do not obtain a phone and so I approached the shop and was informed that shipping could be on Thursday, 7/24. I did so get a phone the night time before confriming shipping for Friday, 7/24 between your hours of 4:00 and 6:00 P.M.

I waited at my house that I had been to rent starting Monday, 7/27 from 3:30-9:30 P.M. I named shipping at 5:30 and was informed that I had been next about the checklist plus they were in path. I called again at 6:15 and was informed that I had been next plus they were in path. There have been 13 deliveries that evening and that I was #12. I became disappointed since I had been suppose to become showing at 6:30 in a college for function. I called again at 6:45,7:00,7:30,8:10,8:50, and 9:30 and lastly somebody explained that I had been not likely to get my shipping since the shipping team ceased providing at 3:00 p. M at shipping #11.

I had been pissed. I visited the shop the following day and requested about my shipping and that I was informed that it had been in the factory plus they don't provide within the weekend. I expected for my cash and Janice, Operations Director reimbursement my cash via my charge card and stated I'd need to delay the 3-7 times for this to publish at my lender. I named the Store-Manager, Coretta to document a and he or she coldly put/condemned the telephone in my own experience. I waited a couple of minutes and named back and he or she made it happen again.

It has been significantly the worse encounter in my own existence having a main department-store and shipping of a product. Our tenants were really upset the fridge wasn't in your home and that I needed to spend rental price for 3 times ($43/evening totaling $139) till LOWES could appropriately provide my fridge totally free. Additionally, I skipped my demonstration for function from 6:00 P.M. To 8:00, charging me $200 along with a reprimand from my boss.
