Still Owe Whole Loan After Two and a Half Years of Payments

I have the same problem as everyone else I pay and pay and some how I am still behind. I don't know how after having my car for 2 1/2 years on a 5 year loan I still owe the whole loan... And I asked for help if they would try to help by re-financing my loan for a better rate and they said "No they don't do that " it's like they want everyone to fail. I know I did not have the best credit but I was in need of a good car for my family and I. But I don't think that they should be able to take advantage of everyone that needs help... Please add me to your suit...
