I have the same problem as everyone else I pay and pay and some how I am still behind. I dont know how after having my car for 2 1/2 years on a 5 year loan i still owe the whole loan... And i aked for help if they would try to help by re-financing my loan for a better rate and they said "No they dont do that " it's like they want everyone to fail. I know i did not have the best credit but i was in need of a good car for my family and i. But i dont think that they should be able to take avantage of everyone that needs help... Please add me to your suit...
