I approached your service-center and talked to Evelyn Ford (ID #762168) regarding my boy who's going from Detroit, Illinois to St. Louis, MO. He was planned to consider the 4:30 P.M. Coach. He quit Milwaukee, WI at 2:00 P.M. To check out Detroit, IL by vehicle. He wound up being caught in traffic (I94 Building) until 3:00. Found its way to downtown Detroit at4:35 and skipped the coach.
