Megabus-Milwaukee
Stranded passengers

On 1-4-09 our son had a reservation to take the Megabus from Milwaukee to Minneapolis. Once the coach came, the driver got down and stated he couldn't consider anymore baggage, he explained he didn't have space. After fighting with waiting guests (mainly university-era pupils & parents) for around 15-20 minutes he allegedly named his dispatcher. He stated another coach was coming after which he quit, stranding about 15 clients in a parking lot within the cold. We tried calling the neighborhood telephone number for Mentor US (Megabus is just a part, and there's no telephone record within the guide for Megabus) and also the telephone called off the catch. We waited for one hour for another coach to reach after which quit. We wound up producing additional preparations to obtain our boy back again to university.
