Bought warranty extended from dealer for used automobile cl 55 2001 in first element of june, positioned automobile for something having a complaint that arrised from equipment shifting from the tahoe trip ultimately of september, the applying wasn't submitted because it was lost

Two weeks later the the warranty business had all the parts needed an the apllication was submitted and was forwarded to under underwriting, we waited for approval for another week, lastly they returned and said they don't protect amg vehicles, and so i was sold a commitment or warranty that doesn't even cover my automobile, and today i'm unable to get warranty as my car includes a pre-existing situation, because of the fact the salesperson at rocklin dealer mercedes, didn't offer me the right agreement for my automobile, and there reaction is, "they feel they are doing, or do they need any responsibility because of fact these were irresponsible in handling our contract for our cl55 amg 2001 which are ready to tow my car back to my home!
