Horrible customer service

I had been going for a company trip from St. Paul Minnesota back again to Bloomington Illinois. We reached our entrance with 20 minutes to sacrifice. We were subsequently advised that people have to proceed over the airport to a different entrance because they had simply needed to create a change. Fairly common for that flight. Then when we came, I'd my solution and my luggage examined but was not about the listing. Therefore after about 10 moments of waiting they began to obtain the problem straightened up. I inquired easily can use the bathroom when I have to pee really poor. They explained "no" which I have to get about the airplane and simply make use of the bathroom onto it. And so I did. Once about the airplane I had been educated the bathroom was damaged and that I will have to wait until we got to Bloomington. It had been in regards to a 50-minute trip. I began to have issues keeping in my own urine and really began to urinate in my own trousers. And so I requested the stewardess easily might have a vacant container to simply try to reduce a bit of the stress I had been experiencing. Upon making the airport, I noticed the stewardess and pilots. They looked at me and began giggling. I've yet to get hold of Northwestern as when many occasions you contact a significant company to protest about its customer support, you receive nothing. Just thought I'd reveal.
