Bait and Switch sales rude

On 7/31/2209 I went to your dealership at 2300 Northern Blvd.in Greenville NY, to purchase a Jeep product. I spoke with Fred Borzooye, I test drove a 2009 White Jeep Patriot. We agreed on a price of $21354.75 as documented on Vehicle Cash Purchase Agreement NO. 33739. I proceeded to sign this document leave a deposit of $100 and agreed with Fred Borzooye to pick up the above mentioned vehicle on Tuesday August the 4th. On August the 2nd I was admitted to the hospital for medical reasons. After being assured that the deal was on ice by Fred Borzooye several times, I then received a call from him on August 5th that he could not find the vehicle and that he did not know what happened to it and offered no remedy. I proceeded to speak to Steven DeSetto who offered to sell me a more expensive Jeep Patriot. I agreed to the new deal, due to the fact that I needed to quickly do the cash for clunkers deal before it expired. This is a classic example of a car dealer taking advantage of a customer for monetary gains. The sales department was rude and treated me with zero respect. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. I will never deal with your company ever again. I hope you are satisfied that you lost a return customer, and a word of mouth sales lead.
