Ripoff caused a mess in my Credit Report and cost me a job fraudulent business

Wow! I just found this place. I see I'm not the only one who has had proplems with these people.

I purchased a car from a local dealership in '99, was told it would be financed by FoMoCo or the local bank (Wells Fargo) by the dealership (Lithia). I left with my car, my trade-in was "sold" before I left the lot so I found out.

Anyway, the financing went through these people. I NEVER knew who financed the car for 3 months during which time I tried to make payments at the bank, tried to find out why FoMoCo hadn't sent me anything, even tried going back to the dealership for information.

THEN these people started "calling at home and work" (cost me my job), and they wanted to REPOSSES the car. I HADN'T MADE A PAYMENT CAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO PAY!!! After fighting with them for a year I finally told them to just come and get the car; they had already caused a mess in my Credit Report and cost me a job.
