Warranty Repairs. GM doesnt cover Rental Ca

2004 Cadillac Escalade Guarantee work. Required 6 times. Dealer settled just 3 times of auto rental. Although they quit me to pay for another 3 times. And of course the 2004 cadillac was still under guarantee. Why I had been to pay for the vehicle rental remains unknown. Our warranty includes carrental when the repairs come under the guarantee, by which they did.

Approached GM rep. First she mentioned that it had been because of the ecomony. Then she mentioned that it's Slope Cadillacis Plan to only purchase 3 times.

I repeatedly advised GM Rep. The vehicle was within warranty. I've never taken care of carrental for this car. This car has been around for repairs before at another dealer, and not have i actually taken care of an automobile rental once the repairs come under the guarantee.

GM SUCKS!!! I again advised the GM representative. That "just how can GM guarantee be transformed without notice!" She'd no solution. After being placed on store for that 6th period. Everytime she'd return with another speal/justification, main point here. I taken care of my automobile $600.00 monthly plus insurance. I can not edit the guarantee what exactly provides them the best also? This entire ecomony factor hurts! Everybody accusing everyone. Last notice I believed to her was "perhaps the boss n head honchos must quit their summertime, drop, and winter houses. That simply because the economy is poor does not mean I will maintain my Cadillac and delivered a notice to GM declaring how I can not spend the notice but still maintain my vehicle!"
