I bought a scooter bicycle at Chestnut Hill Powersports for $1,295.00 and settled entirely. The bicycle was to become sent to me that weekend. I never heard in the vendor. I then visited the shop. The bicycle was resting within the shop with 2.3 miles about the odomoter. I had been informed that there is a wait inside them having the ability to provide which it'd be considered a few more times. I subsequently returned towards the shop after reading nothing for over per month. The bicycle was about the shop floor being shown like a ground test. There have been 7.6 miles about the bicycle and there is harm to the leading wheel. We initially decided on my investing in a new bicycle (not broken). The bicycle when it was fresh was said to be shipped, and not was. All I noticed were reasons, "We've to obtain a trailor to create the bicycle - several more days", "We Will provide in a few days". After I informed the dog owner Frank I needed a credit, he decided to give a complete credit, but he never did. After I pursued him he kept saying, "several more times, I actually donot possess the cash at this time." I'd to document a with my charge card organization to obtain the cash back. This person (Frank) may be the description of the scammer.
