Overbilled Credit Card

I had been hiring an automobile from Hertz several times in AROW. All using the same offer-through National Advantage Charge Card and AAA discount plus a 50% off bundle. Everything appeared typical plus they fresh me within the offic en and stated I really could fall off the automobile.

8 weeks later my credit card statement was surprisingly within the restriction and discovered a $1200 mistake produced by hertz and unusually, approved by my charge card.

I called Hertz and talked to Jarrod, the Supervisor of the Beaverton area. Then I posted a chargeback to my Charge Card organization and supplied the endless paperwork required. Each time I talked with somebody they might not think the ridiculousness of the cost. However it didn't disappear.

While Hertz offered a unsigned bill to my charge card organization: it had been produced three times following the unique cost was posted. Costs do not actually display for some times. Therefore, my charge card organization (within the telephone) stated it had been crazy and could be solved.

Following A 9 weeks, I obtained a notice that Jarrod, the supervisor of hertz Rental-Car in Beaverton, Oregon stated he did not realize why there is an issue which was sufficient for Citi Advantage Mastercard.
