Awful company

Upon arranging a flight, I visited on schedule and got submitted to some discount that had nothing related to the flight. I still can't obtain the e ticket and also have settled. The web site appears to be full of anything however the info I went there to buy a solution. No obvious outlines to get that info, with no telephone number to contact. Simply a contact that claims they'll remember to react... As much as 3 hours which is really a very long time when you're awaiting info.
