False Advertising in the Penny Save

I went to Car Pros in Carson, CA to purchase a car. They had a ad in the Penny Saver that we can offcer a finance program for anyone that the law allows. Also it had that even if you have a charge-off, tax lien, collections, repos, 1st time buyer, bankruptcy, slow pays and foreclosure. I went there in confidence that I would drive off in a car because I knew that I had a charge-off. The guy ran my credit report came back and said that its nothing we can do for you because of the charge-off even though the ad stated that they would offer a finance program. I said ok went home and I found the penny saver and saw the same ad so I called back to complain the supervisor stated let me pull your file oh yeah we can see what we can do as long as you bring $4500 and thats when we will work with you. Before I called I knew what the answer was going to be. They are full of Sh— with all these commercials. If I had $4500 they will not be the one thats gona get. They had the nerve to send me an email thanking me. I replyed with by giving them a piece of my mind.
