Put me in foreclousre then sent me info to help me

After 8 months of running me around Countrywide files foreclosure on me. Then I call about it and then they are going to send me to the Home Saver Advance program. So put me in foreclosure have it go on my credit rating and then finally decide to help. All they are doing taking what i owe and spreading it out between 15 years. They call it a prpgram? All this program is just a loan nothing more and that they are charging an extra $3000 for interest on the loan. This programn was started 4 months or more ago prior to the filing of the foreclosure. Why wasnt I given this program then? They cant even answer that question when I called them about it.

I need some legal help with this. They are not helping me at all. They are charging me more money for this loan. Anyone have any ideas?
