Dont get ripped off by them

I was also fooled by Jon Montio and Red Rock Corporate Solutions. I could right a book on my dealing with this company, but I will try and keep it short. RRCS uses fraud, misinformation, and illegal advice in their dealings.
I too heard the ad on the radio, and went in a formed a single corporation, but was promised a $50,000 loan (still have the paperwork to prove this, and NEVER got a dime from this) if I signed up for their credit program. The first day instead of the $298, I spent $5000.2 weeks later we went to a seminar and signed up for Jon's personal mentor program at a cost of $2000. Its a waste of money. After 8 meeting with Jon he never gave any information or progressed our company. He also promises tons of leads, yet not a single person (including anyone at RRCS) ever went with our services. Jon makes many claims but can not back a single on of them. He claims to be the founder of the Cokes Reward program that saved Coke from Pepsi in the mid 80's. Jon talks a great game, but never once gave any help to my company.
Jon also advised us on purchasing more Corps. And promised that the Law was on our side. This turned out to be false. We were eventually sued based on the advice given to us by Jon and RRCS did nothing more then make and appointment with a Law Firm; they will not help you legally even though they claim to have tons of lawyers. There is no one there that will give credible legal advice, or CPA advice. After spending over $40,000 in just four months between the lawsuit and things purchased at RRCS; I had it with RRCS.
After talking with my new attorney, he agreed that I was taken advantage of and they over promised what they could deliver. I made several complaints to the State, but they only took my case in file and will only act if there are other complains. I also removed my corporate books from RRCS only to find many were never completed or totally out of compliance.
When I approached Jon with these complaints and asked for a refund, he simply went into salesmen mode and felt offended that I would accuse them of such things after they did so much for uswhich was really nothing. He eventually offered a ridiculous settlement, which I refused. After almost a year of complaints and constant pushing I was able to get a decent settlement. I sent them a list of question concerning my case that to this day they never could answer.
RRCS is a snake oil company nothing more, if you are going to form a corporation use a real lawyer or do it yourself. I only am righting this because no joke, they called me to remind me of my renewalthis is funny because they havent seen me or my books in over a year, and the fact I had so much trouble with them you would think they would have removed my name. This is just another example of their disorganization. Save your money.
