Have not sent us our refund for their product that did not work on our auto

Iordered the HR1 system Nov. 2008 and after many phone calls and e-mails, it finally arrived in March but without the proper installation manual. After a few phone calls, I was told to go on their web site and print off the right instructions which I did. But I still needed more clear instructions, so finally after many left phone messages a man called us back and gave instructions on the phone to me. I installed the unit, but did not get even one gallon of gas improvement and I called my Toyota dealer and he said that this unit would mess up my car's computer system.

I should have called the dealer before ordering this unit.

I called the manager and e-mailed him also to tell him we needed to return the unit and get a refund on the product. He told me that he would send us the form to fill out to receive the RMA which had to be on the return box containing the unit. I filled out the form and mailed it to him on May 13, but as of today the 24 July I have not received the RMA number.

I have called all the numbers that are listed and e-mailed letters to let them know that I have not received this RMA number and the employee who I will not give out the name e-mailed us on June 14 letting us know that this paper was sent to us. Not true, for we still do not have it.

Now their e-mail accounts have expired, and they do not return our phone calls, so we are now having to take legal steps which we did not want to do, but this company does not honor their word at least not with us.
Those of you who have had this problem, please let us know what you are doing about getting your money back?

We have never been scammed in our long life, but we think this is happening to us with this company.
