Tote the Note Ripoff

I bought a 1995 Chevrolet Caprice from these people in December i had made a deal with a manager i knew and it had decent mileage. Less than 74000. They said that he had gone on christmas vacation and so they over charged me for the car. I needed a car to drive to work so i paid almost twice what it was worth. I over paid on my payments every week. So i was ahead in payments. Something broke on the car and it stayed in the shop for months. A shop i paid. I finally got it back and it ran ok for a couple months. Because i had lost my job for lack of a car i was on unemployment, They claimed i was behind 3000 dollars or about seven months payments. I missed a few but not many. The way they make a receipt you can not tell what you owe when they give you one, which is not often. The transmission came out and they have a shop so i asked them to fix it, all they cared about was getting the money. I complained to the state and all they said was to sue them. I was suppose to have paid 10000 for a car that was only worth about 4500. I paid them 12000 in the course of two years. It was suppose to be paid for in december but the way they do accounting it would never be paid for. Because i refused to pay anymore they sent two cars thieves and took it, along with my money. Warning do not buy a car from these thieves, They also report this nonsense to the credit bureau.
