Drive Time
Got a car from Drive time it was in the shop 4 times, and they wanted to pay, they do not stay by there cars

I bought a car from Drive Time, they made a big deal about how they stand by there cars, they lied they sold me a car in December and in January the car has been in the shop four times, n least than a month. I call customer service and explain the situation, they talk about having a review and didn't call me I had to call them, and they stated that they would pay half, and I need to pay the rest, I told them that they needed to go pick the car up at the shop. It's been two weeks, and they have not pick up the car.

I call customer service today (02/03) because the shop call me to asked when was I coming to pick up the car, I told customer service that they were suppose to go pick up there car in that shop because the shop call me. The lady that I talk to asked several times if I was going to pick up the car. I said three time no you were suppose to get it, I turn the car in, I no longer want it, it has been reported that I don't want it. She stated that she saw where it was under review, and asked where the car was I know she knew because each time I call about it, it was on the report that they gave me.

The only thing that they stand by is collecting car payments. I have not made another payment, I'm waiting to see what they say. And if they are reading this I want my money back for a lemon that they sold me. There is such thing as a lemon law. They need to study it.
