Mathews Suzuki salesman promised to add cruse control to SUV, then told me after a week it couldn't be done after deal was signed and loan was made

I bought a 2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara from Mathews Nissan Suzuki on 6309. I looked at the base model with the stick shift. It had all the stuff I liked but cruse control. The salesman told me it could be added. I said ok sounds good to me... We signed the deal late that night at closing and had to come back the next day for the car to be cleaned up and fuel. The salesman told me he had told the service manager to order the parts and he said they would be in in a couple of days. I said ok call me. I never got that call. I waited a week then I called the service manager, He then told me that cruse control could never be installed on that model... And the salesman had never talked to him about the matter. Made call after call the salesman never returned my calls. Made 2 to 3 calls per day about the matter and left messages and no one ever returned our calls. I was told they were in meetings everyday or the managers were off that day. Left messages on voice mail but never got my calls returned by any of them... Finally got the manager who done the finance work on the deal. He said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. I told him he sold me a car on a false pretense. I was told cruse could be put on the car or I would had never had bought it. He admitted mistakes had been made on the deal but there was not much he could do... Then he told me to go out on the lot and pick out another car. I looked at several and everytime I found one he tolld me it couldn't be done or my payment would go up at least 100.00 per month. Then he wanted me to take this littlle car he had on sale for 12,899 and said my payments would be higher and my term would be longer. I was mad and insulted. Do you call that working with someone? Now I stuck with a car I can't stand to drive except around the block and long trips are out... Here is the sale number... I hope they answer the phone?
