Salesman lie and change the prices

I was in ride now on a sunday and they made me a great deal on a suzuki GD-500. The bike was approx. 8,000 after tax, tag, title, warranties and Lo-Jack. This part was fine. I decided a month later that it wasn't the bike for me and they told me no problem, bring it in and they will help me on a new bike.

We sat down and went over all the paper work and when the trade was done and the new bike was out the door it would be about 14,000. This was also fine since the new bike was 8,900. To this point I wasn't really given any info on the trade just a number for the end total. I kept asking during the whole thing about them returning my Lo-Jack and the extra warranties i purchased. I am new to the auto/motorcycle buying business so I thought I was doing pretty good. They told me at one point that I couldn't get another Suzuki because they wouldn't let me finance another bike...? So i got a Yamaha. I realize now that they were doing it to make a whole new sale and make more commision off me.

When I got my first bill with the credit line it says I owed 17,999! When I called the lady couldn't seem to help me and told me to talk to a salesman. After about a week of me being passed off from one department to another I went down there. They had me talk to a manager and immediately they tried intimidating me by getting 4 sales guys to stand around me at a table while the manager sat and talked with me. They took me into the office and the manager said they owed me 1000 for the warranties. When I asked about the lo-jack they said no its not returnable because you can't take it off the bike. I didn't know at the time so I agreed but then complained they never told me that. Amazingly the sheet they showed me had the 17,999 on it and I never received a sales sheet on the trade and new bike. I am now paying 17,000 for a 8,900 bike.

I tell everyone I know to never buy anything from them. I have one friend who got jacked worse then me on an atv. He bought one for 7,500 and when his dad left, they grabbed a new stack of papers and said they were the ones "he" needed to sign because it was gonna be in his name. When he got his bill it was somewhere around 14,000.

Stay away from this place, salesman are great at talking around anything you ask. If your a new buyer take someone who has been through this.
