This is a sorry situation where they shill bid their eBay account (s), jacking up the pricing and it does not meet their "number" they will re-list it. They operate under many different seller names which is a sure indication of dis-honesty and obvious deception.

They are also the same as the company commented on in this ongoing report and are now selling under imports_auto_direct this time around.
