$3,043 and three service repair trips and not one problem fixed

I have a 2003 freelander landrover in for the year of 2008 I sent it to landrover service department in Columbia, SC three times at a cost of over $3,000. The car would cut off while driving, wouldn't start, bad indicator light always on, hill topper light always on, would idle properly, and brake and rear lights didn't work. Everytime I took it to Landrover for service by time I got home which was 38 miles away all these problems would occur again.

I would call service department and they would tell me to bring it back in and they would put it on computer. Each time they said computer came up with a different problem. There in tells why all repairs and all cost. Finally a man has to decide when to cut his loses. So in december of 08 decided try in sell car for parts and buy new car with tax return. Needless to say no offers, and then three weeks ago I get a recall on freelander for fuel module sensor and it has all problems listed that I have always had except the brake lights and back light problem.

So I take it to landrover for recall and ask about all the repairs and how it never was fixed and they say they aren't responsible for that. They fixed what the computer told them was problem. Well when do I get a guarantee on there work and quality. Now I found out from someone in 07 there was recall on brake lights and they didn't do that recall on my car. Boy you got to love Landrover. I hope this helps people understand a little about landrover and the quality and service.
