Co is a fraud, warrenty no good

I bought what was suppost to be a 43000 mile complete motor and transmisson, for 1595.00, with 6 months warranty on motor, and 90 days on trans. To start when notified of instalation. Motor came after about 2 weeks, when i called about not getting a trans. They shiped it that day or the next, no flex plate or converter, trans went bad in 377 miles, called
Dale he said he would ship me a trans as soon as they could get one checked out. Than two days later, called and said warrenty had run out. But it had been less than 90 days since i received the tran. He said that warrantys start when you place order. I placed order on 3-26-09, received trans on 4-15-09, other parts for the tran muck late
