Tire Manager is not trustworthy

Dear future tire purchasers, BJ's a member driven wholesale club charges each person who joins.in previous years, I purchased a total of three sets of tires. Additionally, I used my membership to get my performance tires mounted at member rates, said tires were not available for sale via BJ's.

Recently, my father had an issue with a tire, the tire manager did not follow up, he instead chose to tell my 80 year old dad, essentially tough luck. As a marketing professional myself, I spoke to Michelin who agreed to work with me on replacement. This should have been done by the seller but customer service isn't in the mindset of BJ's tire manager.

When I recieved replacement, BJ's refused to mount the tire.in fact, BJ's now turns away profit from mounting and balancing because their management are a bunch of babies being spanked by internet sales. Their response is to stop taking care of their paying customers becuase their being crushed by bettert competition.

I will never buy another item from BJ's their attitude of arrogance will catch up with them. I wrote the proper people and they did nothing, so buyer beware! If BJ's isn't going to stand behind their products and they persist in not servicing paying members; why not save the money and buy your rubber off the internet and have a tire shop mount them? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
