Toyota of fort worth... What just happened?

My spouse and I were looking for a 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Before heading out to the dealerships, we did our research. I printed out and took all of the specials they were running straight from their website.

We went to Toyota of Fort Worth and found one we liked. After the usual questions, that we did not directly answer (monthly payment, trade in, down payment, etc.), we began negotiating a deal. We through numbers at each other until we decided to walk. We got in our car as the sales manager came running after us. He said he was authorized to sell it for the price we offered.

We went back in to fill out all of the paperwork. We signed all of the paperwork and as we were about to close, a guy I had never seen/met came out and said they were no longer going to sell it for the price agreed upon and were going to add $400 to the selling price. When I questioned him about the sudden fee, he said that he wasn't going to honor the special he gave us because we weren't it the correct region. I got my prinout, where it clearly states that Texas is in the region. He paused and said that particular dealership wasn't following that special and he didn't think I'd qualify for any special at that so my price would go up.

That was all I need to hear from this arrogant man. I walked out as he watched me dumbfounded. I guess he honeslty thought I would sign the new deal. Very poor and time comsuming customer service!!!
