"Oh, What a Feeling to Buy"... No, wait! I couldn't buy it. You changed the price!

My daughter and I walked in, test drove a car, agreed to purchased said car as featured in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram Saturday morning ad. Stock number on ad matched stock number on papers drawn up and on key fob. But wait! Numbers match, price is different. How can this be?!

Price discrepancy brought to attention of Salesperson (Emmanuel Swan), Finance Managers (Michael Ruiz and Van McMullen) and New Car Sales Manager (Travis Blackwood)."You agreed to this price" referring to documents listing incorrect sales price. "No, I agreed to this price" referring to the ad in the newspaper. Still no one makes the correction. Blackwood replies, "You won't be happy no matter what we do. Why don't you just give us the car?" It came out of his mouth easily, as if he had used the line many times before. Change the price, and I'll be happy. That didn't happen, folks.

Car returned to dealership, unlike myself.

Tell everyone you know NOT to go near Vandergriff Toyota. Unless you like being ripped off, then by all means... Give them your hard-earned cash.
