Glendale Bait and Switch, Dishonest

I Purchase a vehicle from sands chevrolet Glendale at a tent sale in Surprise. It was a car that i had wanted for a while and excited for. I traded my truck in (already paid off) they gave me 4500 for it. They went threw the normal process and finally got to a price we agreed upon and it was a done deal.

I received a call 3 days later simply just stating either i needed another 2500 dollars down or that i would need a co-signed. I previously told them when we wrote the deal i did not have any more to give and could not get a co-signer. They told me i was APPROVED! However this was a lie.

The gentleman after i told him i could not do either was extremely rude and hung up on me! The customer! I was furious at this time. They proceeded to call me and i had at that point told them either knock the 2500 off the price of the car or add another 2500 to my trade in. They told me that they would not do this and again began to be rude. I told them i will take my truck back that is PAID FOR, and spend my money somewhere else.

After the games i received a call from FRANK PENA claiming to be a manager and was extremely sorry for how rude his men were and he wants to help me out and will make it work and take 2500 off the price to my car. So i agreed and now wish i would not have resigned the papers with them.

Part of my contract was to fix a few little dings and buff a spot out along with a chip in the windshield... A ONE day thing... So they said they have now had my car for 2 days has not been touched and want me to bring it back for another appointment for the day. They offered to wash the car for me and put a little gas in for my inconvience... Ya go ahead you get it free anyway. (its supposedly coming out of my sales guys pocket... Ya right)

So word of advice they are hacks they bait and switch you lie to you and needless to say although this touch up work is free it wont be going back i will get it done myself so i wont have to play these games.

So unless you really want one hell of a headache and to get screwed (they play these games with everyone, research them and you will see) i would advise to stay far far away.

I found the exact car i bought with more upgrades CHEAPER! A week later. That will teach me.
