What A Bunch Of Idiots Glenndale Phoenix

This whole thing was absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I were looking to buy a new car, we get mail from Sands Chevrolet saying that we are approved for up to $22,500 towards a vehicle. My husband calls the # on the card & is assured that yes we were pre-screened through our bank for this ammount. Well we were hounded for a week of calls 2 to 3 times a day to come down, finally we get a chance. We arrive, explain our conversation over the phone & are taken directly to a sales manager that gave us the name John Marcons. He is an absolute jerk from the beginning, he was not personable in any way, but we wanted to give him a chance. So we made a decision on a car, he came back & said he wanted $8000 down on a $15,000 new car & $480 a month on the balance! We laughed, and he assured us he was serious. He said he needed to make some money & if we couldn't afford then we could leave. WE DID!!! Bought a car the next day at YATES on Litchfield off the I-10, bought a $20,000 car with a trade-in worth about $700 & $500 down-These guys were the BEST!!! We went back to John Marcons to show him our new car&He said "oh well, so what!!!" SANDS SUCKS!!!
