I am an ex-employee of ed's muffler and i was amazed on how customers could spend good money and not recieve a good warranty. I.E. Customers chooses to use nothing but top of the line parts and they come up with some stupid reason on why they dont get a good warranty. Not only in this route but when they sell you a catalytic converter they say 50%-70% 80% and 90% flow. Converters do not have selective flow they all use the same back pressure just different amounts of metal in them! Its a big joke to make the customer believe and spent like they are getting a better product but getting the same part they would would have got in the first place! I am amazed and surprised that they are still there doing the same thing after all these years and knowone has reported this fraud!
