Ripoff, life-time warranty is worthless! Very Misleading! Cheaters!

To whom it may concern!

My experience with Meineke Muffler Shop has shown me that they will rip you off! Don't ever go there and get the life-time warranty! It's not a life-time warranty, it only covers the muffler and if it gets a hole in it, they will only replace it if you pay for the labor and any other parts required! I had a new exhaust system put on my Blazer a few years ago (cost $139), the muffler wore out and has a hole in it. I took the Blazer back to them to replace it and they wanted $139! They said only the muffler has a lifetime warranty, so I asked to just take the muffler with me, they would not give it to me! They said I can only have the free muffler if I pay them to install it! They NEVER told me anything like this when I originally had it installed! I called the corporate headquarters, they called the local shop, still no satisfaction! So, do me a favor tell everyone you know DON'T GO TO MEINEKE! And pass this info to everyone you know!
