On May 19 me and my boyfriend took his vehicle to pep boys around 3:00 they said it would take about 3 to 4 hours to finish a clutch job we left and came back about 7:30 the guy just put the car up so he said come back tomorrow.

So we did we went back around noon they still wasnt finish ok we went back around 5:00 and it was ready they charged my boyfriend $444 first they said it was going to be $303. Well we picked up the car and we got down the street his car wouldnt shift anymore when he put it in second shift it wouldnt move and it started to smoke and leak oil.

We left the car on the side of the road and we went back to pep boys to tell them the guy that did my mans clutch said it might be that axle now why didnt he say that at first before we had left. They just want more money other mechanics say he put it on wrong. So basicly they took his money and dogged his car out it was doing fine before we went there he just wanted a new clutch thats all.
