Have been ripped off and scammed by buying a lemon from calvary cars

My wife and I purchased a 2005 Volvo S40 from Calvary Cars on June 05, for roughly $12,000. After having the vehicle for 2 weeks the Service Engine light came on and the indicator light for the battery lit up. My wife was driving the vehicle at the time and immediately called me, I instructed her to park the car immediately and called my brother in law to come take a look. When he popped the hood he immediately noticed the serpentine belt was gone, took it to Pep Boys in Salisbury, MD and had a new belt installed. I was out $120 for that repair. When my wife picked up the car, Pep Boys notified my wife that there was alot of oil on the underside of the engine and it would indicate a rear oil seal leak. It's a major repair that involves pulling the engine, guess that slipped the 28 point inspection that Calvary Cars claims they do. After my wife talked with the sales manager, he notified her that the car was over the 1000 mile warranty that they cover and there was nothing they were gonna do. After hours of repeated phone calls and speaking to almost the whole staff at Calvary, Mr. Cerza was not at work at the time and the secretary couldn't say when he would ever be in, My wife was finally able to speak to the Service Manager and was told that Mr. Cerza had talked with him and was willing to knock off $20/hr labor on the repair!!!

As of now the matter is still unrresolved, I plan on filing a complaint with the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, The Better Business Bureau and contact an attorney. I've been on the internet googling any information I can about Calvary Cars and dirty used car transactions and am finding lots of complaints. Hopefully I can resolve this matter and not get stuck with a lemon. The irony of all this is, this crooked business has the nerve to post bible scripture on their website! Please don't buy from Calvary Cars, I wouldn't want anyone to have the experience I just did! Will post more when I get more info.
