Service dept is worthless - they will rip you off

I had a 2001 GMC YUKON XL.in a nutshell, they can't repair a vehicle. Even if you re-create the problem for them, they still can't fix. They will tell you that it is normal for fuel mileage to drop by 30%, steering shaft needs to be re-lubed every 5k miles, noise at gas pedal turned out to be problem with rear differential. I took GM to arbitration and won under LEMON law.

Do not go to buz post for service.
