After numerous complaints and actions to try and correct our dissatisfaction we are giving up. This place is full of a bunch of two faced swindlers that only try and push the blame on someone else. I love my purchase, but feel misdirected and taking advantage of by everyone involved. This was my second purchase, the first was a new car, this one used. Never again will I waste my time with this dealership or service department. After being directed to the manager of used cars, manager of service, general manager, and finally the detail manager, one would think that the dealership would step up their game and go above and beyond for an upset customer, not so in this case. Buyer beware go in prepared to be taken advantage of, belittled, this was so not the outcome expected from buying a vehicle. Shame on you Napletons! I miss the old days when it was ran right!
