I do not think that It Is pepboys It Is the employees!

The first of 2009 I had purchase three tires and got one free that was a good deal but pep boys could not balance them so the shop manager Mark Ross said to me go and get them balance at the Pep boys on Buford hwy and I did that and they was steel out of balance so Mark Ross said to me go and get them balance at a tire shop and bring me a receipt I will refund you for the full amount, will he did not all he refunded me Is $30.00 I had to pay $60.00 to get them done. I have spoke to some of anther costumers and It was said that Mark Ross gives a price on the phone and a def rent when you come In to get the job done.

6-14 I had whet In to let them know that the thrum o stat was bad that they put In three weeks ago so they said that they did not have a mechanic to check the thrum o stat out, so they had the thrum o stat but no gasket so they said to go to the Pep boys on Buford hwy they could do It their, now mind you they had called and they said they had the thrum o stat but not the gasket so I stopped at a parts store and got the gasket and when I got their they said they did not have the thrum o stat so they had a mechanic to check It out and said It was fine, so later that day the car was running hot very hot so the Pep boys on Piedmont said they will give my money back for the thrum o stat and the gasket and they did but to get the job done right I had to do It myself and saying all of that I have spent a lot of money at Pep boys before all of this (like $5000.00 or more so BE WEAR of Pep boys employees.
