Reliable Chevrolet
Trade-in ripoff

They their time paying off my trade in!...

Reliable Chevrolet in Richardson Texas took their time paying off my trade in. On September 11 I traded in my wifes 98 Chrysler Town and Country for a new 2001 Chevy Malibu.

I have always made my car payments on time with this lender. When I went to buy myself a new Ford pick-up a year later, I was informed my payoff came well after my next scheduled payment and left a negative mark on my credit.

I phoned the dealership about this immediately and my complaint was ingored with no return phone calls.

After buying a house in April this negative mark appeared again. So, I visited with Glenn Pirtle the General Sales Manager early May.

He did'nt offer any kind of apology, remorse, or remedy for their mistake. He just kept rambling on that it takes 10 business days to pay a vehicle off. No kidding! I gave you 30 and you took 60!
