HP Performance is a rip off for customers and employees

My husband worked at HP Performance. He has not gotten paid since last year. When he does get paid the check bounces. We have cashed Tony and Sherrys checks at Stop and Go they bounce and this guy blows up our phone to get paid. Our car was reposesed and the sheriff brought eviction papers. I told Sherry and she said everyone is suffering. She has a 2007 car, every other weekend in Tampa, and always going out with friends. Tony has given us cash 300 here and there or 100 sometimes to keep us from loosing the house. Must be nice he has a 2007 truck, always out to dinner, just got back from Germany and now in LA. But he has no pay for employees. Jason and Denise not got paid either. Denise quit and Jason did hostile take over. He now owns HP but calling it Hurricane Peformance. We still have all these worthless paychecks we cant get paid for. Customers paid for cars to be done and bought things for there cars, then Sherry took money out of account. She paid her bills and did online transfers. I have proof. Tony left the bank open one day and I looked at it and made copies. She took thousands out of there. They steal customers money.
