My wife and i bought a 2007 BMW 525XI from these people. A few things were wrong with the car and we bought it anyway (this was our fault). One of the conitions of buying the car was a navi disk that wasn't in the car. After sighing the papers we waited around hours tring to find a disk that worked. Kids were tired so were we so we said we would give them until next weekend to get the disk. We would be down there to give them the check for the car anyways (we had financeing before we went) next week comes and my wife goes there and no disk! She is waiting there for 3 hours for them to find one when tony comes outside and starts screaming at her that the bank check was 800 short. Turns out to be a bank error.

We told them as soon as the bank issues the check we will bring it there that day. Bank issued the check that friday, i personally brought them the check. Still no disk. General maneger said he has ordered it and it would be there monday. The next thursday comes around no disk my wife calles him and he telles her he has it and it is going out in the mail today. We wait 4 days (keep in mind the mail from there takes 2 days max) before calling them back. Voicemail everytime. Then tony calls us and says he needs the account # to pay off our trade a freaken month after we left it there! So to date still no navi disk, bought one from BMW today for 200.00 car still not paid off. Have untill oct. 20 before it hits my credit. And if it does they will be talking to a lawer. So people please, please... Do not go to gwinnett suzuki for anything, they will slick talk you take your money and then take you for a ride. And if you do go there... Stay away from tony!!!
