Junk product dosent last discusting customer service Arvada colorado

I work for a vendor of the ATS Diesel company and ordered a stage 3 4R100 for my 2001 Ford Superduty. The first trans made it about 300 miles untill it lost the ability to shift out of 2nd gear. Had to have it towed home. I was told i had to diag the problem on my own since i installed it on my own, being a vendor of the company and an ex Ford automotive Tech...

The valve bodies where replaced, fixing the non shift issue but creating a surge, flutter in the up shifts. I was then told to clean and reinstall the old main valve body "and see if that fixes the problem"... Didnt fix anything, infact a 1-2 shift error code started to appear. Code was cleared by both clearing continuis memmory and disconecting the battery over night manny times, once again with no result.

After about 1-2 months (approx) eric mccabe at ATS sent me a new trans and had a local shop install it. I was happy, EVENTUALLY. Eric mccabe is quite a poor salesman and customer service rep, by the way.

Now i have about 10,000 miles on the 2nd trans, EXTREAMLY LOUD CLICKING AND NO FORWARD OR REVERSE MOVEMENT. Once again i was told to "drop the pan and inspcet the shifter linkage". I responded "i dont even want to touch your transmission, it needs to go to a shop." a reputable and quality shop i Santee CA has had it for 2 days now with no conclusions or the slightist idea what the problem could be. Im discusted with ATS, have nothing good to say about them, their customer service and last but not least their product, im even ashamed to tell people their product is in my truck.
