Customer scandal dealership owner and staff are taking customers money

This dealership is the worst conmpany I have ever had to come across. DO NOT by any means neccessary BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They take your money and will still repossess your car... I brought a car from them about a year ago this month, and I have only been late on my car payments twice including today... I paid them all of my monthly payment except $90.00 and made arrangenments with them on the $90.00 to pay it today on 6/9, they said that was fine, and still repossed my car.

When I called them about my car, the owner Charles had the nerve to tell me that they picked it up for the $10.00 late fee... Crazy huh? Then begun to tell me that if I wanted the car back I needed to pay it off in full. I laughed, they try to scare you by saying certain things or putting certain things in your paper work, to make it seem like you have no rights. Well they have finally meet their match. They have several reports against them with the better business bureau, and the federal trade commision. When I went up there to get my things they sat it outside in the rain and wouldn't let me into the dealership to get my payoff. They are crooks and they will be stopped. Oh and by the way, anyone looking to purchase from them DON'T DO IT!!! They will ruin your life!!!
