Horrible Customer Service, Crooks

I purchased my vehicle in Feb.in August I lost everything in Hurricane Katrina as I lived in Pass Christian, MS. The Pres himself ordered leniency on bills to victims.

They, however decided that they did not need to abide and only grantred me one month and only if I paid an unreasonable deferral fee and agreed to have the following month come out electronically and added another fee for that.

Here I am 4 years later still paying on the vehicle and still have an incredible payoff amount! I do beleive there is something not right with this company and I have requested records to see how they could possibly say I owe what I do.

I have half a mind to just let them come geet the thing and see where that takes them.

They call relentlessy if you are 1 day late and are extremely rude and unproffessional when you talk to them. I have chosen to send all correspondence by mail and I will not answer their calls any longer!
