The private car salesman in named with no conscience

We moved here from Washington hoping for a new start. We had some money to buy a couple cars so we wouldn't have to make monthly payments.

We found this guy Jason (his phone number is 480 330 0000, if you see this phone number or name run the other way. He gave us a lot of promises and said our cars would run great.

First of all the titles weren't in his name. He promised if we had any problems mechanically with our cars he had a mechanic that would help us out, he never gave us that information. We also gave him another car and when we had tried to get out of the deal he had already sold the car and wouldn't give us the money back so we had no choice but to buy the two other cars.
When we came and picked up the cars one of the cars had a flat tire and no air conditioner which he had promised to fix and he was not there to work out the details of the deal.

When we tried to call him about the title or mechanical problems he would not call us back. We tried for over two weeks and he never called us back.

We bought these cars in March. I drove my car a total of 1 month and my husband drove his for a few months longer. They have been parked for a month today and to top it off neither one of them will start and we don't know what the problem is.

We are very frustrated and hurt. We have learned a lot from this experience. Always check out everything from top to bottom on your car. Make sure the title is signed and in the right name and notarized.

If we get anything out of this messed up deal it would be that we dont make the same mistakes twice and our experience will help other people to not make the same mistakes as us.
