Butched final paint on my 1969 Chevelle restoration

This incompetent fool promised he could finish the paint work on my restoration project by saying he paid attention to detail when he in fact is a "butcher". He has absolutely no skills in bodywork or painting when it comes to classic cars and made a complete mess of my 69 Chevelle. I'm just thankful I got it out of his pit of a shop when I did because it was only going to get worse. No wait, it can't get any worse. This bum has zero skills in running a business or anything else.
