Will not cancel orde

I stupidly placed an order with this company as a fathers day present for my step dad. As usual, I fed through 30 other offers before mine was finished and the order was set. I have then gone through 10 different credit card charges where "my order cannot be processed" and I get a phone call from a recording saying to call the same number back. I have called several times to cancel the order and for some reason as soon as I mention cancelling, my order is being processed by a computer system and they cannot touch the file. This is the third time the company has said they cannot open the file b/c it is being processed. Each time, the service rep says they are usually processed in the morning, evening, or mid afternoon whichever time I call. This place is a joke and billy mayes is a flame
