Ripping off customers for more money than gas pumped

My elderly mother went to the Pyramid Gas Station in Park Ridge, NJ and hardly any gas was pumped in, but he charged her more money than she should have paid. When she questioned him (a foreigner), he said, yes, the gas did pump. She was ripped off for an additional $8.00.
