Rude customer service

Our name is Farida Salih I had been touring today from DFW to NYC subsequently to Cairo. I went in the kiosk terrace to check on within the broker there informed us to visit another solution terrace and delay on-line; I didn’t brain that whatsoever. However the man in the admission table was super rude in my experience, and also to my loved ones. Whenever we examined in he informed us he can’t sign in most of US that some people need to visit the kiosk device. I told him the additional delta broker informed us to visit u and delay on that point, he began fighting with me, stating that “no I stated Icant examine you in, don’t you realize what I said” I been touring Delta over 10 occasions often liked how they handled me like a client. This event occurred around 6 am at DFW airport. I had been truly annoyed, and didn’t possess the time to keep in touch with a manger or even the individual in control in those days. The man was really rude in my experience, actually I offered him my passport which had my Credit to Egypt onto it, and he advised me that its not in below “find it” I don’t wish to go ahead and on by what happen but I truly don’t loved the way in which I been handled. I believe me and any client must obtain the regard that people all deserve. I'm used in Iraq, and was simply likely to a career in Egypt. I attempted to overlook it and proceed, but I couldn’t and so I thought I'd simply email, and find out when the online customer support is much better. Thanks for the time.
